all day spent
pulling weeds-
ring around the tub

the dead...
alive and well
in our stories

gone now
the torso left
upright

in the culvert
two bubbles
become one

a rainy walk
thinking of you

crotchety-
what happened to your tail
little squirrel?

umbilical
- catfish amongst
the lotus roots

but dragonflies prefer
pink petals

twilight

the space
between the branches-
great blue heron
